Committed to Quality. Committed to you. |
The Enertech Quality Assurance Department conducts quality test in every manufacturing stage of the production cycle. The ESII QUALITY PROCEDURE includes:
•hydro testing
•ultrasonic testing
•radiography testing, to name a few.
Only products that are stamped with the Enertech Quality Assurance clearance will be delivered to our customers.
The Enertech thermal equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels are designed and fabricated in accordance with the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) Code, which maintains higher safety factor than the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code. The Philippines government's Bureau of Working Condition (BWC) under the Department of Labor and Employment supervises the PSME code.
The BWC quality control is very extensive and rigid. The BWC has to approve the manufacturer's design after which a permit to manufacture is issued without which no manufacturing activity could be started. BWC conducts regular inspection is conducted throughout the boiler manufacturing process to verify the stage-by-stage compliance with the PSME Code. Upon installation at jobsite, a special BWC testing, in addition to the factory test based on quality control procedure, is required before a Permit to Operate is issued. Likewise, the BWC reviews the boiler installation scheme and has to approve it before a permit to operate is issued.
